Barbara Mattison has been helping people and teams to develop their efficiency, at home and in international situations for 20 years. Born in the USA, of American and French descent, she has lived in the US, Canada, Great Britain and Algeria. She is now settled in France. She is a board member of Sietar France (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research) and an active member of “Café Bilingue”. She is also a psychoanalytic psychotherapist.
Barbara works as a consultant, trainer and coach on questions touching upon cultural differences: international teams, remote teams, team-building and international mobility. She acquired her experience in a variety of professional contexts: multinationals and small businesses in France and abroad, the European Commission and its agencies around Europe, hospitals and other public services.
