Susanne is originally from Switzerland and currently resides in New York. She is certified in executive coaching from Columbia University, New York, received an MA in organizational development from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from Marymount Manhattan College, New York.

In the past, Susanne worked as an Administrator for Diplomatic Services at the Swiss Mission to the United Nations and in sales & marketing for Swiss Airlines. In her role as International HR Manager for the Fortune 100 Company Nestlé, Susanne designed and implemented worldwide leadership development programs and was in charge of integrating the Brazilian resources into American business culture during the 5-year GLOBE-Implementation Project.

Today, Susanne works as a global consultant coaching executives in English, French & German. She is also an adjunct professor at New York University in the coaching certification program.

She is focused on setting her clients up for success like an athlete who is ready to be a winner, while changing their mindset. In her spare time, she is a running coach for the New York Road Runners and has completed many marathons and half Ironman races. In 2012 she climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Susanne has traveled to 50+ countries. She is fluent in English, German and French, is conversational in Spanish, and has basic knowledge of Portuguese and Italian.
